• Coordinate systems integration across 3 partner companies and 6 government organizations, running the Agile process as Scrum Master for an 8-person engineering team through technical syncs, milestone reviews, and GitLab.
• Built the technical integration team's Authoritative Data Source, the single record of status, dates, and owners for 48 integration activities, cutting executive briefing prep 67% and feeding automated KPI dashboards.
• Built a Qlik Sense dashboard giving chief engineers across those organizations a live view of integration risk, 50+ findings tracked to resolution. One of 3 finalists in a business-unit-wide innovation competition for it, demoed live to the executives judging.
• Defined the compliance assessment process across both sides of the interface for 336+ requirements, standardizing how each side verifies, documents, and reports.

• Built and validated material-flow models for 3 production shops and 250+ parts in Revit and AutoCAD, raising lineside part buy-off from 54% to 95% through validation meetings with ergonomics, mechanical, packaging, and production control engineers.
• Identified dock allocations that cut storage requirements 66% and saved $3.4M, and redesigned JIT delivery routes for a new line, cutting $4M/yr in operating expense and freeing 16,000 sq ft.

• Cut average pick time 25% by pulling historical usage from ALERE ERP, running an ABC analysis to rank parts by running volume, and reslotting the highest-running parts closer to the pick face.
• Created the processes and work instructions that scaled production to 5,000 units/month, established 5S lean workspaces across shipping and the raw material warehouse, and implemented RMA tracking for nonconforming parts.

• Ran the warehouse's inventory transactions in ALERE ERP, and moved raw material out to the production shops, logging every movement.

• Designed, built, and shipped a production software platform end to end and on my own, while working full time, automating corrective action (CAR/SCAR) workflows for manufacturers under IATF 16949, AS9100, and ISO 9001.
• Architected the WAT framework (Workflows, Agents, Tools), keeping probabilistic AI steps behind deterministic Python execution so multi-step jobs run unattended without compounding error.
• Runs at ~4,000 scheduled and event-driven job runs per month across 40+ Python tools and 17 TypeScript background jobs, integrating 10+ external APIs with retry and exception handling.
